After repeated phone calls from residents and businesses who were left in the dark, the City Council has opened this docket to investigate the root causes of these outages and will be requiring Entergy to implement a plan to fix the problem.
Entergy’s own data shows that 98% of all outages since 2011 have been caused by problems with the transmission and distribution system.
