The New Orleans City Council (CNO) often takes action through a formal docketed process to enact energy policy on efficiency, rooftop solar, renewable portfolio standards, reliability, rate structure and more.
While CNO posts filings in agendas, most of the intervention filings from individual dockets are not are not readily available to the public on The Council’s website. AAE has dedicated ourselves to public awareness, access and transparency by collecting and organizing all of the documents by docket date and filer so that the public and those interested in energy policy can have access to all of the relevant documents.
