This role is a direct report to the Operations Director. The Admin Assist. works closely with the Leadership Team (Executive Director, Deputy Director, Operations Director) while supporting the Communications Manager and Policy Team in their work along with the general administrative work of AAE. AAE is a hybrid workplace with a mix of virtual and in-person reporting required. In-person work takes place in AAE’s office, located at 4519 S. Claiborne Ave. New Orleans, LA 70125. If you are a team player and independent self-starter with strong organizing, writing and verbal communications skills then this may be the job for you.
