During a Special Session held on March 28th, 2016 the Louisiana Public Service Commission approved the previously denied sale of Cleco Power to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.

Please read the letter to the editor listed below. The Alliance for Affordable Energy and Chairman of the Louisiana Public Service Commission Clyde Holloway are not the only ones disappointed with the LPSC’s decision.
