The Advocate: Entergy customers to see refund after agreement splits costs on nuclear power plant mistake

On December 21, 2016 the Louisiana Public Service Commission met in New Orleans for their regular monthly meeting.

One agenda item discussed will impact all Entergy Louisiana customers.

Due to a nuclear power plant mistake at the Waterford 3 facility customers will receive a credit on their January 2017 bill to help compensate for the costs associated with correcting the costly nuclear power plant mistake.
