Matt works on consent decree compliance and police reform with the New Orleans Police Department. He has a B.A. from Tulane in Environmental Policy, an M.S. from the University of Michigan in Sustainable Systems and an M.B.A. from Tulane. When he's not biking to work he's driving a hybrid to Target to recycle glass. His house has solar panels, mini-splits, LEDs, insulation, a compost pile, and a rain barrel. Matt would like to see energy utilities reduce energy costs by offering time-of-use pricing and by executing demand-response contracts.
