Call your Utility!

Utilities listen to complaints.

They have to! When measuring their service quality for ratings and requests at the Public Service Commission, their customer satisfaction is very important. This is why your calls of complaint to the utility are valuable.

Here are your utilities and customer service numbers. Call and tell them you made an agreement, and they should stick to theirs.
