“The Alliance is thrilled to see Entergy taking the initiative to incorporate new solar resources and hope this alternative to the traditional resource acquisition process will allow them to take full advantage of the dynamic solar market. The Alliance will continue to watch these potential new resources to ensure these costs do not put undue rate increases on Louisianans,”
