Here’s what’s on the agenda:

Item 3: Amending the Procedural Schedule in the Customer Protections Docket

The committee will consider a resolution to amend the procedural schedule in docket UD-25-01 regarding revisions proposed by CURO to Chapter 158 of the City Code — which governs utility regulatory proceedings and customer protections. The resolution would allow for opportunity for comment on the draft Utility Regulatory Manual created by the Advisors.

Item 4: Enteryg’s RCPS Compliance Report

Entergy will present a Compliance Demonstration Report regarding the achievements of the Renewable & Clean Portfolio Standard (RCPS) goals for the prior and upcoming calendar year, docket UD-19-01.

Item 5: Establishing a Procedural Schedule for the RCPS Compliance Plan

The committee will consider a resolution to establish a procedural schedule for Energy’s RCPS Compliance Plan for years 2026-2028, docket UD-19-01.
