Join the Energy Future New Orleans coalition (EFNO) for a forum about what really matters: keeping the lights on and keeping your energy bills affordable.

All New Orleans City Council seats are up for election this fall. This forum is your chance to hear directly from the candidates about their plans for your light bill — from how they plan to lower your Entergy bill to what they’ll do to prevent future power outages and support a cleaner, more resilient power grid for our city.

Don’t forget to vote!

The primary election is on October 11 and early voting runs from September 27 to October 4 (excluding Sunday, Sept. 28). If any candidate receives more than 50% of the vote on October 11 they will be elected outright. If not, the race heads to a November 15 runoff between the top two candidates. The deadline to register to vote in the runoff is Oct. 15 if registering in person or by mail, or Oct. 25 if registering online.
