Your Energy Bill is on the Ballot!

11.04.2024
Louisiana Public Service Commission

You probably know that tomorrow is Election Day. But are you clear about all the things you’ll be voting on?

District 2 will be voting on a new PSC commissioner who will make decisions about your energy bills.

PSC stands for Louisiana Public Service Commission. Do you live in Louisiana? Do you pay an energy bill to Entergy Louisiana, SWEPCO, Cleco, or one of the 12 cooperative utilities in our state? If you answered yes, that means the Louisiana Public Service Commission is responsible for regulating your utility and ensuring you are provided with safe, reliable, and reasonably priced services.
