Rachel Heiligman serves as Strategy Advisor & Senior Portfolio Lead at Common Era, where she leads initiatives that challenge conventional approaches to identity, culture, and spirituality, creating meaningful ways for people to engage with tradition, purpose, and each other in today’s world.
With a background in complex project management, organizational innovation, and creative problem-solving, Rachel has driven successful initiatives across the public, private and nonprofit industries on projects spanning disaster recovery to community advocacy. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit, she also launched a major food festival and managed multifaceted business operations for a beloved artisanal cheese company.
Rachel attended Whittier College, where she majored in Spanish and Sociology, and the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Master’s in City Planning.
