Rachel Heiligman brings a cross-sector skillset built on management of public-sector resilience initiatives, entrepreneurial non-profit leadership, and community-based advocacy.
Her experience spans land use, zoning, progressive policy reform and large-scale recovery project management for the cities of West Hollywood, CA; Chicago, IL and New Orleans; LA. She served as the first Executive Director of RIDE New Orleans. Rachel holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Today, you can find her running all aspects of business management and development for St. James Cheese Company where she’s indulging in a lifelong love of all things cheese.
