Nathalie Jordi co-developed the 71-room Hotel Peter & Paul in a former Catholic school, rectory, church and convent in the Marigny. Previously, she was a cofounder of people’s pops (an ice pop manufacturer and retailer in New York City), as well as a travel journalist, bicycle guide, and cheesemonger. She lives in the Marigny with her husband and two children.
