Letha Ratliff is currently serving as Operations Director for The Alliance. Bringing upwards of 30+ years of experience to The Alliance, in this space Letha’s contributions are managing Human Resources, Accounting and General Operations to support the mission of The Alliance.
Letha is a native of New Orleans with family roots all along Cancer Alley from Norco to Baton Rouge. Letha understands personally the effects of failed environmental protection policies here in Louisiana. She attended all local schools; Valena C, Jones Elementary, Francis W. Gregory Junior High School, McDonogh #35 and Loyola University at New Orleans.
Before joining The Alliance, Letha spent 15 years in capital criminal defense with Capital Post-Conviction Project of Louisiana as its Chief Administrative Officer/Project Coordinator again, seeing first hand the effects of environmental pollution in the crimes committed through the lens of clients’ lives.
Letha is excited to work alongside the brilliant committed individuals here at The Alliance.
