Forest Bradley-Wright has worked for the Alliance for Affordable Energy since 2005 and now serves as the Senior Policy Director. His core responsibilities include regulatory policy strategy, technical analysis, and governmental relations. Among his accomplishments with the Alliance to date are creation of utility-scale energy efficiency programs for New Orleans and Louisiana’s investor owned electric companies, enactment of Integrated Resource Planning rules at the city and state level, protection of solar net metering rules, and major investments in utility-scale renewable energy. Additionally, he has worked on utility ratemaking proceedings, utility mergers and acquisitions, demand side management potential studies, and participated in energy efficiency and renewable energy proceedings in Mississippi and Alabama.
Forest’s undergraduate and Masters studies were at Tulane University with a focus on international development, environmental law, and sustainable development practices. He is a founder of the Building Block co-working space, Groundwork New Orleans, and the Louisiana Green Corps workforce training program, where he currently serves as board president.
