Project 30-90 Sustainable Music Festival

Project 30-90 was the first-ever fully carbon neutral and environmentally conscious music festival in New Orleans. Held on September 5, 2009, the festival featured performances by Ghostland Observatory, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Charlie Mars, Benjy Davis Project, Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, MyNameIsJohnMichael and Generationals on a fully solar powered stage. All of the supplies were biodegradeable, recycling was mandatory and they utilized a full slate of environmentally friendly initiatives.
